Questions about Meditation & Mindfulness

  • My meditation coaching in Queens is approachable and down-to-earth. We might explore breathwork, gentle body awareness, or guided visualizations. No prior experience is required; just curiosity.

  • Start small. Even one or two minutes of pausing, breathing, and noticing your body is meditation. During sessions, I’ll guide you step by step so it feels natural, not intimidating.

  • Many people find guided meditation especially helpful when beginning. Having someone walk you through the practice helps you stay present and removes the guesswork.

  • Pricing for meditation instruction varies depending on session length and format. Please see my Meditation page for current rates. If cost feels like a barrier, reach out—we can explore options.

  • Terms like meditation teacher, mindfulness coach, or meditation instructor are all common. I like to think of myself as a guide, someone walking alongside you as you discover practices that bring calm and clarity.
