A Space to Learn, Heal, & Grow

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about creating a space where you can breathe, reflect, and discover why you do what you do, and how you might choose differently. Together, we’ll foster healing and help you reconnect with your inner strength, so you can live more fully and authentically.

Is This Path for You?

You may find yourself here if you’re:

  • Feeling weighed down by depression or anxiety

  • Carrying the weight of past trauma

  • Longing for deeper connection and love in your life

  • A healthcare worker trying to avoid or recover from burnout

  • Living with a chronic illness and searching for balance and quality of life

  • A member of the LGBTQ+ community seeking an affirming space where your identity is fully respected and celebrated

Wherever you are on your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone.

Our Time Together

Sessions are held weekly via telehealth and typically last 45–55 minutes.

YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • A gentle check-in to see where you are right now

  • Talking through the difficulties you’re facing

  • Practical strategies to practice during the week

  • Closing with clarity and support, so you don’t leave holding everything alone

Therapy is consistent, but never rigid. It moves with the rhythm of your life.

The Practices I Bring Into Our Space

I weave together tools from:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to help shift unhelpful thought patterns

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) – to meet and befriend your inner parts

  • Mindfulness practices – to stay grounded in the present moment

I bring not only professional expertise, but lived experience as a BIPOC woman, a daughter of immigrants, and a longtime medical social worker.

Spirituality, cultural identity, and compassion are not side notes here, they are honored as part of your healing.

The Shifts You May Notice

Past clients have described:

  • Feeling more confident and self-assured

  • Building healthier, more loving relationships

  • Learning to set boundaries and find their voice

  • Opening their hearts to both self-love and connection

  • Gaining new skills for navigating life’s challenges

Above all, they describe leaving sessions feeling seen, heard, and validated; sometimes for the very first time.

My Role as Your Guide

Think of me as a fellow traveler, someone who sees both your inner goodness and your pain. I’ll offer you:

  • A safe space to speak freely

  • Language for self-advocacy and naming your truth

  • Compassionate challenges to shame and old beliefs

  • Insight into how family and culture shape your story

And yes, sometimes, a little humor to remind us that joy and healing can share the same room.

  • Yes. I’ve had the honor of working closely with the queer community throughout my career, and offering gender affirming care is an essential part of my practice. My role is to provide a safe, affirming space where every layer of your identity is seen, respected, and celebrated.

  • Absolutely. Therapy can be a space to untangle the questions, pressures, and hopes that come with exploring your identity or sharing it with others. Whether you’re just beginning that journey or deepening it, we’ll go at your pace in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.

Healing is possible. Therapy can be sacred. And yes, therapy can even be joyful.

Whenever you’re ready, we can begin this work together.
